On April 16, Mr. David B. Dunn, U.S. Ambassador to Togo, took part in the inauguration ceremony of a library built by the “Association Sainte Thérèse de l’Enfant Jésus” (STEJ) in Agoè, northern suburbs of Lomé.  The Minister for Communication, Culture and Civic Formation, the French Ambassador to Togo, and the head of the association also attended the ceremony.
